The Life Coaching Transition Plan is for people in the middle of
a major change
Not a small adjustment a real shift. Because transitions of this scale involve identity, direction, and sustained effort simultaneously, they are very difficult to navigate alone. The Life Coaching Transition Plan gives you a structured six-month partnership with Coach KP to move
through that change with clarity, not chaos.
Six months. Twenty-four sessions. A complete roadmap. Unlimited support. This is the most comprehensive coaching engagement The Skill Bridge offers because some transformations require that level of commitment.
Who the Life Coaching Transition Plan is for
This plan works best for people in the middle of or approaching a significant life or career transition. For example, it suits you if you are:
- Changing careers, industries, or roles after years in the same direction
- Rebuilding after burnout, a setback, or a period of being completely lost
- Asking bigger questions about purpose, meaning, and what you actually want your life to look like
- Stepping into a senior leadership role and realising the rules have changed
- Going through a significant personal shift relocation, relationship change, or a life stage transition that is affecting everything else
- Someone who has tried shorter coaching programmes but needs longer-term support to make change stick
What the Life Coaching Transition Plan includes

How the Transition Plan works across six months
Month 1 — Diagnosis and baseline. We start with both the psychometric and leadership assessments because they give us an honest picture of where you are. As a result, the first four sessions focus entirely on mapping your situation, understanding what is driving the transition, and agreeing on the direction.
Moving into Months 2 and 3, we build the foundation. Since the diagnosis is complete, sessions shift to decisions, habits, and the first real steps of the new direction. A quarterly review at the end of Month 3 ensures the plan is working and adjusts where needed.
By Months 4 and 5, the focus is on momentum and identity. Although the early months establish direction, these months are where the new version of you starts to become the default. Therefore, sessions focus on reinforcing new patterns, managing setbacks, and deepening the change.
Finally, Month 6 is about integration and independence. Since the transformation is largely complete, the final sessions lock in everything a maintenance system, a personal goals document, and a career plan you can continue to execute without needing weekly support.
What we work on across the six months
The specific focus areas are agreed in the first session. However, common themes across Transition Plan clients include:
- Rebuilding identity after a major role or life change
- Designing a clear, long-term career and life direction
- Developing the emotional stamina to sustain a long transition
- Building executive presence and leadership confidence
- Aligning personal values with professional decisions
- Creating sustainable habits, limits, and energy systems
This is the right fit if you are saying
- “I can picture where I want to be. However, I cannot see the path to get there.”
- “I have been in transition for a while already. Therefore, I need structured support to actually complete it.”
- “My life looks fine from the outside, although something fundamental needs to change.”
- “I want a partner who will hold me to the bigger vision because I know I will talk myself out of it alone.”
- “I have done the Reset or Growth plan and I am ready to go deeper.”
Good to know
All sessions are online via video call. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Since this is a six-month commitment, Coach KP will have a detailed conversation with you before you book to confirm the fit because this programme works best when the timing and readiness are right. If you are unsure whether the Transition Plan is the right starting point, the Reset Plan is a lower-commitment way to experience coaching first.
