Why The Skill Bridge Exists

We've seen what happens when great performers become first-time leaders.

Most organisations promote their best individual contributors into leadership and then expect the results to follow automatically. They don't.

The skills that made someone exceptional at their job technical depth, individual drive, domain expertise are almost entirely different from what makes someone an effective leader. And nobody teaches the difference.

KP watched this play out across 25 years and four countries. Talented people promoted without preparation. Training budgets spent on inspiration sessions that didn't change anything on Monday morning. Leaders developing in spite of their organisations, not because of them.

With over decades of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Operations and Product Success he has converted 200+ individuals into great leaders. KP has also been a SaaS entrepreneur and ex co-founder of an hyper growth startup to add fuel from his entrepreneurial journeys achieved by understanding what it takes for business success.
