The Life Coaching Growth Plan is for people who are aware of what is holding them back
However, awareness alone is not enough. Because patterns are stubborn, knowing the problem and solving it are two very different things. The Life Coaching Growth Plan gives you the structure, accountability, and support to actually break through not just understand why you are stuck.
Three months. Twelve sessions. Three focus areas. A roadmap you will follow because it was built around your life, not a template.
Who the Life Coaching Growth Plan is for
This plan works best for people who have some self-awareness but need sustained support to move forward. For example, it suits you if you are:
- A professional who knows what is blocking them perfectionism, avoidance, poor boundaries but cannot break the pattern alone
- Someone managing a demanding job, complex relationships, and personal goals simultaneously and running on empty
- A mid-career professional transitioning into a leadership or management role
- Anyone who has tried to change and slipped back because motivation alone does not create lasting habits
- Someone who wants ongoing accountability, not a one-off session
What the Life Coaching Growth Plan includes
- 12 × 60-minute live sessions with Coach KP
- Up to three defined focus areas worked across the programme
- A 30/60/90-day personalised roadmap with a mid-point review

How the Growth Plan works across three months
Month 1 — Diagnosis and foundation. We start with the psychometric assessment because it gives us an honest baseline. As a result, the first four sessions focus on mapping your patterns, identifying your three focus areas, and building your 30-day plan.
Moving into Month 2, we go deeper into action. Since the foundation is set, each session drives real decisions habits, conversations, boundaries, and behavioural shifts. A mid-point review ensures the plan is working and adjusts where needed.
By Month 3, the focus shifts to integration. Although the hard work happens in month two, month three is where it becomes self-sustaining. Therefore, the final sessions lock in new behaviour and build a maintenance system you can run independently.
What we focus on across the three months
The three focus areas are chosen in session one based on your situation. However, common themes across Growth Plan clients include:
- Breaking behavioural loops perfectionism, people-pleasing, avoidance
- Building communication confidence and assertiveness
- Managing energy, time, and boundaries without guilt
- Navigating a career transition or step into leadership
- Aligning personal goals with professional demands
This is the right fit if you are saying
- “I know exactly what my problem is. Since I cannot fix it alone, I need structured support.”
- “I make progress in bursts, although I always lose consistency without accountability.”
- “I am functioning, but I am running on empty. Something has to change.”
- “I have tried to change before. Therefore, I know I need more than willpower this time.”
Good to know
All sessions are online via video call. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Since many clients start with the Reset Plan to test the fit, upgrading to the Growth Plan is straightforward — costs are prorated. Similarly, if you want to go deeper after three months, continuing into the Transition Plan is seamless.
