Deena Bandhu Vijayakumar’s journey into learning and leadership began on the front lines, training teams, supporting customers, and watching how the right guidance at the right moment could change both performance and confidence. Early in his career, he saw that learning wasn’t about slides or certifications; it was about helping people show up better at work and in life.

Over the last 20+ years, Deena has worked across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, building learning programs that solve real problems for growing professionals, first-time leaders, and large global organizations alike. His work has always sat at the intersection of business outcomes and human growth.
