Getting started & accounts 🚀
Go to My Account. Click Continue with Google and you’re in. If you created a password account earlier, you can still use email + password on the same page.
Clear browser cache, disable ad-blockers for our site, then try again. If it persists, use the Contact page and we’ll help.
On My Account, click Forgot password. You’ll receive a reset link. (If you normally use Google sign-in, you don’t need a password here.)
Inside My Account → Account details. For Google sign-in users, your photo/name may sync from Google.
My Account → Orders shows invoices, booking links (for coaching/mock interviews), and any downloadable files.
Payments, pricing & invoices 🧾
We use Razorpay—pay via UPI, cards, net-banking, and popular wallets. International cards are supported.
Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Your bank may apply FX fees for international cards.
GST will be shown at checkout only if applicable. Your invoice clearly displays tax details.
It’s emailed after payment and always available under My Account → Orders → View.

Courses & learning 📑
Open the course page and click Enroll / Add to Cart → Checkout. After payment, access the course via My Account → My Courses.
My Account → My Courses shows progress and the next lesson to resume.
The duration is shown on each course’s page. Unless specified, access is at least 1 month from the purchase date.
If a course offers a certificate, you’ll see a Certificate badge on its page. After completion, download it from the course completion screen or My Courses.

Mock interviews 👨🏻💻
A role-specific interview (30–60 mins), a scorecard across core competencies, and targeted feedback with next-steps.
Product/Program/Operations leadership, Customer Success/Revenue Ops, and adjacent roles. Tell us your target JD at booking.
If you opt in, we’ll share a recording/link after the session. (Some platforms restrict automatic recording; we’ll confirm at the start.)
After purchase, you’ll receive a booking link. It’s also stored under My Account → Orders.
Reschedule: free up to 24 hours prior.
Cancellations: 48+ hours prior → full refund; 24–48 hours → 50% credit; <24 hours/no-show → not eligible.

Yes—content, case studies, and role-plays are tailored to your industry and roles.
We’re happy to sign client NDAs. Only essential data is used to deliver the program; all assets are stored securely.
We do both virtual and on-premise workshops depending on the duration and the audience size.
For Instructors 🧑🏻🏫
Apply with a short form (bio, topics, audience, sample syllabus, preferred fee) and a 5–10 min teaching clip. We review within 5–7 business days. If it’s a fit, we run a pilot session, complete onboarding (KYC + payout details), and list your sessions/courses.
Experience: 3+ yrs in your domain or 200+ hrs teaching/training.
For mock interviews: prior hiring/lead experience preferred.
For leadership/coaching: real-world corporate exposure is a plus (HRCI/CPD/SHRM or similar nice-to-have).
Delivery: clear communication, stable internet, webcam + mic, Zoom/Meet ready.
Compliance: agree to our code of conduct, NDA (if required), and learner-first quality standards.
We pay after the session is marked completed and a cool-off window (48 hrs) passes with no refund request. Payouts go via Razorpay to your bank/UPI, typically T+2 business days.
If you’re GST-registered, raise an invoice; if not, we pay your fee and deduct TDS (usually 10%) where applicable. You’ll receive Form 16A quarterly.
Payout statements are visible in My Account → Orders/Payouts.
You own your original materials. By teaching on The Skill Bridge, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and deliver them to enrolled learners. Session recordings are used for learner access (when enabled), QA, and dispute resolution. Any marketing use of clips is opt-in and needs your consent. Our brand assets remain ours; your IP remains yours.
> 48 hrs before: full refund to learner → no payout.
24–48 hrs: 50% credit to learner → 50% payout to you.
< 24 hrs / no-show: non-refundable → full payout to you.
Reschedules: paid after the rescheduled session is delivered.
Instructor no-show/tech failure: learner gets a full refund or free reschedule → no payout.
