If shortlisted, you will be invited for a virtual interview with our team to discuss your background, skills, and career goals. This conversation helps us understand your fit for current projects, clarify expectations on both sides, and give you space to ask questions about the role and culture.
Selected interns go through a structured onboarding in their first week, which includes a welcome call, introductions to the team, and access to tools and platforms. You will be assigned a dedicated mentor, define clear learning goals and project outcomes together, and receive an initial 4–6 week plan with tasks, check-ins, and feedback rhythms.
The standard internship duration is 3 months, with a flexible start date depending on your availability and our project pipeline. High-performing interns may be offered an extension or considered for freelance, project-based, or full-time roles, based on performance, culture fit, and business needs.
Upon successful completion of all assigned projects and meeting performance expectations, you will receive a digital Internship Completion Certificate highlighting your role, duration, key projects, and skills demonstrated. This certificate is designed to support your future applications by validating your practical experience, contributions, and learning outcomes during the internship.
Please note that this is an unpaid internship program, structured primarily as a learning and skill-building experience with mentorship, feedback, and project-based exposure. There is no stipend; however, deserving interns may gain extended opportunities, stronger references, and enhanced portfolios based on their performance.
